With technical prowess the two Forsythe dancers from the Frankfurt Ballet create a fascinating vocabulary of movement as they reflect the bizarre humour of human nature: "I was almost human but then something went wrong...".

 

Antony Rizzi
born in Newton/ USA is a dancer, choreographer and visual artist. He joined the Ballett Frankfurt in 1985 and is the assistant of William Forsythe. Besides his own productions Snowman Sinking, Judy was angry he choreographed for various companies including Boston Ballet, Scapino Ballet and the Royal Ballet as well as Ballett Frankfurt. As an interpreter he also worked together with Jan Fabre in Belgium. He has done substancial work with video and polaroid-material.

Yoko Ando
born in Yokohama (Japan), studied theater at the Bunka Gakuin College and dance with Kuniko Kisanki. She worked with the Japanese choreographer Kota Yamazaki and with theater directors such as Hideki Noda, Robert Lepage, Masahiko Shimada and Antony Rizzi. She joined the Ballett Frankfurt in 2001
